鈥淗ello all, I'm Hermione and I am the new Year 6 and Year 7 Individuals and Societies teacher at the Middle / Senior campus in 九九免费在线观看 Springs. Born in Darwin, I grew up with two older sisters and teachers for parents and when I grow up, I want to be a unicorn!
Far from being the model student at school, I bounced around in various professions, travelled for a short time and eventually enrolled at Charles Darwin University (CDU) to complete a Bachelor of Communications.
At CDU I discovered a passion for learning and was so inspired by my lecturers that I decided I wanted to become a teacher instead of a unicorn! I moved to Melbourne to complete a Masters of Teaching at Deakin.
In 2016 I began teaching History, Geography and English in the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne at a Government Secondary school.
In 2021 my partner and I welcomed our daughter into the world. She brings us more joy than we ever could have imagined and after the challenges of six lockdowns and teaching online, we decided to return to Darwin so she could enjoy the worlds most amazing sunset.
I am excited to have joined such a generous and supportive team and I cannot wait to see what 2023 brings us!鈥
